These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with NuGen Gaming Ltd, operating the Nu Bet service under the Nu Bet brand on bednu.com, and your use of all betting and gaming services made available to players in Great Britain through this site. These Terms apply to all real-money and play-for-fun use of the services and form a legally binding agreement between you and the Operator.
By opening an account, depositing funds, placing any bet or otherwise using the services on bednu.com, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms as updated from time to time. - Account: A personal betting account opened by a Player with the Operator for the use of the Nu Bet services on bednu.com.
- Bet / Wager: Any stake or risk of money placed by you on a casino game, virtual product, or other gambling product offered on bednu.com, whether single or combined.
- Game: Any casino, slots, live casino, instant win or other gambling product we make available from time to time to Nu Bet players.
- Bonus: Any funds, free spins, free bets, cashbacks or other promotional value credited to your Account which may be subject to specific conditions, including wagering requirements.
- Real-Money Balance: The portion of your Account balance consisting of deposits you have made and any winnings derived from those deposits which are not subject to wagering requirements.
- Bonus Balance: The portion of your Account balance consisting of Bonuses and any winnings associated with such Bonuses that are subject to bonus-specific rules, including wagering requirements and expiry.
Regulatory and Responsible Gambling Terms
- UKGC: The United Kingdom Gambling Commission, the primary regulator for gambling activities offered to players in Great Britain, responsible for licensing, supervising and enforcing relevant gambling laws and licence conditions.
- ADR / Alternative Dispute Resolution: An independent body approved by the UKGC to resolve certain disputes between players and operators. For Nu Bet, the ADR provider is the Independent Betting Adjudication Service (IBAS).

Account Registration
Eligibility and Age Verification

Betting & Gameplay Rules
Placing Bets

- Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Each game and table has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed in the game interface. You may not place a bet that is below the minimum or above the maximum permitted stake.
- Bet Confirmation: A bet is considered placed and accepted when it has been processed by our servers and appears in your game history. Once accepted, bets generally cannot be cancelled or modified by the Player.

Game Outcomes and Malfunctions

- No Promotion or Solicitation: You may not use chat or any other communication tool on bednu.com to advertise or promote other services, including offshore gambling operators such as similarly named Curaçao-licensed entities distinct from Nu Bet.
Bet Cancellation and Modification
- Player-Initiated Changes: Once a bet has been accepted by our systems, you cannot generally cancel or alter it. Any game-specific options to "undo" or "cash out" a position are governed by the rules of that game and may be withdrawn at our discretion.
- Operator-Initiated Voids: We may void or adjust bets where there is an obvious error, technical malfunction, breach of these Terms, or where required by law or regulator. In such cases, we will usually return your stake or adjust your balance as if the erroneous bet had not occurred.
Bonus Terms
Bonus Eligibility and Activation

- Betting Patterns: Irregular betting patterns designed to exploit Bonuses (such as minimal-risk bets, equal covering of outcomes or large bets after substantial wins) may lead to Bonus cancellation, removal of winnings and Account review.
Prohibited Actions and Combining Promotions
- Prohibited Games/Actions: Certain games or features may be excluded from Bonus play or capped at specific stakes. Placing bets on excluded games or above permitted limits while a Bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the Bonus and associated winnings.
- Combining Offers: Unless explicitly permitted, only one active Bonus or promotion is allowed per Account, per product and per time. You may not combine multiple promotions in a way that creates overlapping wagering requirements or unfair advantage.

Bonus Cancellation and Refunds
- Player Cancellation: You may usually cancel an active Bonus through your Account interface or by contacting customer support. If you cancel, the Bonus balance and any winnings derived from the Bonus may be forfeited, but your Real-Money Balance will remain.

Payments & Withdrawals
Deposits

- Crypto-Related Services: Where any cryptocurrency-related methods are offered via authorised third-party providers, your Account will operate in pounds sterling (£) and any crypto value will be converted to GBP in accordance with the provider's exchange rules. Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership
